SPRING 2009

Classes at our satelite Training Facilities are listed. Be sure to mark which site you prefer to attend! The J.A.T.C. has changed the policy for enrollment for skill improvement classes in an effort to streamline the process, especially with the increased number of students each semester. A (non-refundable) fee of $25.00 is paid to take any class. The monies are not returned at the end of the course, and a completion certificate is issued if only one class or less is not attended. The $25.00 fee must be a MONEY ORDER only! Continuing Education Credits will be given for all code related classes. These credits will help towards the requirements for renewal of Journeyman Licenses. SPRING 2009 JOURNEYMAN CLASSES Following are the classes being offered this spring by the Local 26/NECA Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. All of these classes are scheduled to begin the week of January 26, 2009. Each class listing notes the duration of that particular class. A $25.00 payment (MONEY ORDER ONLY) is required; the money order is due the first night of class. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IN MONEY ORDERS WITH YOUR REQUEST. If an individual misses no more than one class, he or she will receive their Certification. Class sizes are limited and will be filled in the order in which they are received. Skill improvement training is essential in order for all electricians, technicians and their respective contractors to keep our competitive edge in the electrical and telecommunication industry. Please be sure to list all three preferences because if the first preference is full we will try to place your 2nd then your 3rd (if possible). If you wish to sign up for more than one class, please fill out multiple forms. (signing up for multiple classes is not a guarantee that you will be taking them due to the size of the membership of Local Union #26). HOW TO REGISTER: 1. Click on the class you wish to register for and fill out the registration form (completely). 2. Please enter Social Security # and Dues Card #. 3. Indicate which night you wish to attend if the course is offered multiple nights. This can be done by typing in the day of the class next to your name. YOU WILL RECIEVE CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE BY MAIL. (Please make sure your address information is correct) ALL REQUESTS FOR JOURNEYMAN CLASSES MUST BE IN BY January 16, 2009.
